I - Deep Academy ? Who are the Deep Academy and what does it aim for?

You may ask us who we are. Well I would like to say that we are a kind of friendly building community however we prefer to call ourselves a family. As a community, we try to stay as closely together as possible and strive to achieve greater things.

II - The story of the Deep Academy :

The Deep Academy was created one year ago by Rambosmile and Ptichinoi2nc who are two French builders. Their aim was to create a community that played Minecraft just for fun as they were tired of the way build teams work. Originally, the Deep Academy was a predominantly French community who tried to gather the best French builders. However in 2014, it was decided that the academy would try to gather builders from all over the world!

IV - What is the general role of a Deep Academician?

As a member you are free to do what you want! You aren't forced to do anything apart from being a part of the community; meaning that you are only required to be on our server when you have time. You are also advised to be quite active on Skype and you must try to maintain a good relationship with the other members. Furthermore, you can keep working on your own projects and suggest projects/give advice to the other members. In addition, we do not tend to do a lot of group projects but we have been known to on some occasions.

V - How can we qualify to become one of our member ?

We only accept pristine builders who can build fantasy themed megabuilds featuring some great detailing techniques. We look for builders who have a lot of potential/skill so we will be sure to recognise you if you have talent. We also look to accept people who are in good overall standing with the community in general.

VI - What do we do together/as a community?

We strive to help the other members with their own projects as well as building together. We try to improve our own build quality daily and work on new techniques daily. We also try to give the opportunity to our new members to become renowned as being great builder and be respected by the building community.

VII - How would you go about joining us?

If you would like to join us then you must be as creative as possible and have some original content to present to us. In general, you should try to impress us! In the title of your project you must add something similar to this: [Deep Academy Application]. And post the link in the comments section of this post so that we can see it!
