This is my galaxy elemental skin, I'm sure at least 20 of those downloaders were registered in PMC, why don't they just give me a diamond for appreciation?

Most likely the majority of people who downloaded it were not registered on PMC, and sometimes people choose not to leave diamonds. Oftentimes I myself am in a rush to change to a specific skin and don't leave diamonds.

You don't need a PMC account to download a submission. Not every single person who visits PMC has an account.

After they downloaded it, maybe the felt you didn't deserve a diamond? And no. You think all 92 of them were registered users? Chances are 1 or 2 if that were registered users. PMC is used by hundreds of thousands of people. Registered or not.
