THANK YOU FOR LOOKING INTO THIS POST I NEED YOUR HELP!

I have just recently looked into mod creating/coding. I have MCP5.0, Eclipse, JDK and JRE. All are up to date(95% sure). I have my (clean)bin and resources in the jars folder of MCP. But when I try to decompile.bat I get this message:

So after I got this I tried to run other .bat files. Such as recompile, cleanup, updatemd5. Nome of them work, they still get this exact message ^.

I have a Windows 7 64x PC.

My *Computer>Propeties>Advanced System Settings>Envirionment Variables>Path* Code is:
C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.7.0_01\bin;C:\Program Files\Java\jre7\bin;

PLEASE HELP ME! THIS HAS BEEN FRUSTRATING ME FOR WEEKS!

PS I am sorry if this is the wrong spot for this kind of post, It is just urgent and frustrating .
