I am creating a Online Crowd Funding Website for anyone with a great Idea that needs a little money to make a ProtoType or even to get them into the Production stage for the Product or Service.

This website will be like IndiGoGo or Kick Starter but with a few changes;

* No ProtoType needed to start getting funded, just detailed drawings and a detailed Description.
(This will help people get excited and more likely to persue their goal.)

* Even if you don't meet the Goal, you will get the funding as long as you Promise to use the funds for which you promised. But, there will be a 8% cut for the website if you do not meet your Goal, and a 4% cut if you do.

* Just like Kick Starter or IndiGoGo, you will provide people with gifts for donating to help you reach this goal, these will be upto you to decide.

* There is a few other changes, but, I cannot share them with the public just yet ;)

What I am looking for though is for a team to help me create this dream.

EDITOR/LEGAL ADVISOR

You will be Payed based on your contributions once the site starts gaining Profit.
