DowsingRod Towny Server Needs Expanding Staff Wanted!

We have a small player base, which is about 5-10 players at afternoon, and have players online most the time. Our server can handle more and many players stay when they join. This means that we are looking for advertisers/youtubers and we let expert affiliate staff teamwork with you to develop and execute effective advertising and optimization strategies.
We offer:
Survival (landclaim, towns, economics, pvp, griefing/stealing, challenges, contests etc)
SkyBlock and more features will be made in the future!
Advertisers / youtubers will get rank on the server.

Staff position:
We have one more staff position open, and we want job candidates who are qualified for the job. You need to be professional and have a good sense of how to punish people and a good sense of humor since we have players from 10 – 50+ years old.
All staff players is playing semi vanilla, cheating with giving yourself items for your house will result in a demotion. We help each other out and do not see ranks as a competition. We are all the same, guest or admin, do not be foolish and think you are on a pedestal because of your rank. We need staff that can see possibilities.
