I am exceptional with managing plugins and their Permission nodes. It does not matter which plugin you get I can do permissions for it. I can do permissions in-game but I work better with the FTP (i use filezilla) to do them I also am more efficient with the FTP, I am also good at setting up tags for the ranks, ect.

I have already a pre-made server with ALL persimmons done for a faction server with multi-verse and creative For 1.7.10 Minecraft you could use. I work with any game-mode and have much experience with running, it so just gimme a buzz in the comments if your interested in me helping you out.
