Hey guys! What's Up? T3XASF1RE here!

I really need some help. I'd like to start working on 1.10 mods, and MCreator just isn't good enough. That program is SO glitchy, and McModGen is way outdated. Is there anyone out there willing (,besides jtrent, he's already helping somewhat,) to help teach me how to make 1.10 mods? I can already compile mods, I just can't make them. Please help

Go on the forge forum and search some tutorials.
If you can't find any for 1.10.2 just search some older one's.

You can try those websites. I personally never used them to teach my self-java. I just read some books watched tutorials and got mccp and took some code and experimented with it.

I normally code on Kahn Academy, but they teach JavaSCRIPT, not Java...they don't even teach JScript, which is closer to Java than JavaScript. =(

Ik, but I need a simple, easy manual to start with. I have two Java manuals, but they're HUGE and a little bit confusing. Are there any simplistic versions of the manuals online?

Yes, there are lots of things available on the internet, but in my 9+ years of experience, I've learned a lot more from books than I have things on the internet.

Everybody is different, including in the way they learn best. I learn best by reading and doing, you, however, might not.

My advice, is that you pick up one of those "huge and confusing Java manuals", and get started reading it.

Best of luck to you.

Javascript is really all you need to know to make a mod since minecraft itself is based of Javascript and html5

Not quite, bud. Minecraft is built using LWJGL and Java. Big difference.

Eh, it has more to do with the fact that I'd also like to be able to create mods for myself, but I have no prior coding experience, (except for JavaScript and a little bit of C++, but neither of those are compatible with Minecraft,) and I really like the thought of making mods.
