Hello Lads and Gents,

I'm occuring problems with the modding via datapacks on the server.
In singleplayer i have tested the several datapacks which have a resources.zip file in there directory.

For example, i wanna use Swords 1.14 and Wands in Minecraft for 1.14 together. If i test them separately they work fine, if i try to merge them into one resource.zip, none of them are working. And the other, probably the main part is that we are not getting any resources displayed on server. Even if i check my server properties in client to enable all resource packs coming from server, still nothing shows up.

Tested in Craftbukkit 1.14.4 and Minecraft Vanilla 1.14.4
