This has happened to me around 4 times. I randomly open up my bukkit server and it says in the command prompt: **** FAILED TO BIND PORT!
I try anything I can do like:
-Leaving server ip blank
-Trying on a different port + the port forwarding
-Running it as administrator
-Closing any Java programs
-Trying a different ip
-Restarting computer
-Many others I probably forgot to include
-Restarting Firewalls/ Disabling and Enabling

So I don't run the server but after a day, I open the server and it works perfectly. I honestly don't know what is wrong. I want to know now because the error has occurred again and i'm desperate and I want to know why so if it happens again, my technique to fixing it won't only be time.
