I have literally tried everything

uninstalled flans mod,

updated it to the latest version

even down graded it a few times

I have uninstalled different mods in case one was not compatible
some of the 3D models even crash the game, when I hold them in my hand
the worse thing yet is that this has never happened to me before

I have checked ever page, and searched this up everywhere
I just can't find a solution to this

Now minecraft is having some crazy visual glitches

Someone please help me, that would be greatly appreciated!!!
