so my server has had this issue for a lil while now that i can not find what part of any possible thing associated with the server that controls or handles the automatic creation of the 'players' list that is automatically created/updated upon every ones joining of the server for the first time. when its functioning properly the list was basically like this.....

Player	Role	last seen	ip
WingWang	Owner	3/23/2018, 2:42am	101.222.54.***
DingleDorf	Default	3/23/2018, 2:00am	202.101.54.***

and tracked a player and had only one entry on the list per player

but something happened and or changed it where it is not working properly by far... it now for some reason Doesnt put anything at all in the IP colum, does last seen ok, and instead of tracking a player it is creating a new entry for a player on the list Every time they log into the server so a person could have Tons of spaces in the list but now the player names show up more like this..... please if you have seen this before educate me on the proper fix and of if you have any ideas on what might be causing this issue let me know! Thanks!
