I will not offer advertisement but I can direct you to places where are good to advertise your minecraft server and get popular.

I can help you recommend staff and the requirements they would need to have.
- Server Ideas
I can help you figure out what kind of server would be good for your needs, what plugins you should have and what theme it could have.
- Links
I can link you to people who are good at graphics, designing plugins (Will cost a fair amount of money), Partnerships (Maybe).
- Hosts
I can recommend you good hosts that have good specs and are very good at service.

YOU MUST HAVE SOME SERVER EXPERIENCE!

And any other issues you have with minecraft, I am doing this for free because I've retired from making servers and feel the need to help new server owners on their way.
