How to create artificial spawn chunks.

Hey,
I'm making a map and I need to know if there is a way to create artificial spawn chunks? Is there a way to keep certain areas loaded at all times? I think I saw something about using named mobs but I'm not sure.
Any ideas?

after experimenting, there is two areas that tend to be always loaded in terms of chunks, around the origin of the map, 0,0 and around the world spawn, so these are two places redstone will always work. I hope this helps and I'm not too late to give advice.

You could try putting hopper clocks in the chunks with the redstone. They're not perfect, but they do help keep the chunks loaded for redstone stuff most of the time.

Unfortunately I don't think you can, but I can suggest that you take your spawn and move it up and stick the redstone underneath in the unused space below it. If you can't do that, I don't think there's really anything else you can do.

There are some things (spreadplayers with mobs) , but they could break. so i'd suggest to keep yourself to the spawnchunks

I need artificial spawn chunks. I built the redstone really far away from the rest of the map, including the spawn. The spawn also has things that need to be permanently loaded.
