Use an SD card or flash drive / memory stick. It'll be fine.
In fact, use both. That will make chances of data loss minimal.

It'll last forever if you don't physically damage it.
You'll be fine. Include a USB SD reader in your capsule :p

In 30 years, the data would more than likely be gone. I recommend either storing data on a cd or small Hard Disk Drive.

An HDD is worse. After a few thousand years, the earth's magnetic field flips, meaning any data on that thing is ded. The last flip was supposed to happen ages ago, and is overdue.

Another thing to worry about! where i live there is a magnitude 8.2-9.5 200 years overdue anyone in washington, oregon, and north california is in danger too!

o-o I never knew such a thing happens.
Edit: Great, another thing to worry about.
Edit 2: Damn, I'm all Hard Drives right now.

Provided there will still be CD slots on anything in 30 years.

Probably not the best place to ask that

Although it is solid state like an SSD (like it has no mech. parts), I suggest something higher up like a real SSD.
And although I dont know how long it "dissipates"/corrupts, I do know it probably won't be that long, and also I could also suggest you try saving to some sort of optical media (such as: DVD, BluRay) of this type called "Archival Disc" which can store a lot (like up to almost 1 TB!) and as the name suggests, its usage is for long-term data storage.
TLDR: Idk how long, but if you plan on doing something for long term storage, I suggest a SSD or also this type of optical media called Archival Disc, which can store 300 GB, 500 GB and up to 1 TB! In addition, Archival Discs are also intended for long term data storag
