I need some help with terraforming I already have a pre-made map with some mountains on , but they are literally just big grass pillars, Does anybody have an tips/tools I could use to make them better?
I have tried using WorldEdit , but that isn't very good at natural looking terrain , and Voxel Sniper I find confusing , is there any way to understand it easily?

Terraforming commands? I always terraformed in creative mode for my server...

It's essentially the best accurate way, as long as you don't mind wearing our your hand by spamming right mouse button.

You should try studying Minecraft Geology. By this I mean look at how Minecraft's world naturally generates. how the placement looks. The more you understand about Minecraft's world generation, the better at hand-placed terraforming you can get.

So

get an arrow

type "/v sand" then "/b 10" then "/b b"

Create a shape you want, warning the sand may lag you but it should be fine

type "/b bb" and "/b 20" and smooth it

then select your sandy mountain with worldedit and "//set stone"

Do "/v grass" and "/b over d3"

cover your mountain in grass and get results like the teraforming on here:

What are you looking for? Peaks? Rolling hills?

A good place to start is with MCedit using sand then making your terrain features and then changing the material to stone and using the topsoil tool so it looks more natural.

Both , peaks in one area , and Rolling hills in another... For the RPG server currently I have a worldpainter world (Which has VERY boring terrain) and lots of peaks , which I don't want

Might I suggest for peaks the tree tool in MCedit. Create a gravel/sand tree with not roots on the surface of your choosing and then save the world. Go into mine craft and punch a block of the tree's trunk. This'll cause the tree to collapse creating a spire type peak. Just use the editing software of your choice to change the material.
