ShockByte is the devil.... Here is my story:

>Shockbyte's system double charges me
No problem, I'll just submit a ticket.
>Submit's ticket
>1 week passes by
>2 weeks pass by
>3 weeks pass by
Okay, I'll re-submit the ticket
>1 week passes by
Fine, then I'll just go though Pay-Pal's Charge back system
>ShockByte replies
"Ticket closed: User used Pal-Pal Charge back"
Jokes on them, Pay-Pal won't side with them!
>Explain my case to Pay-Pal. I have things like EXACT times, dates, picture, Credit Card statments
>1 week goes by
>Pay-Pal sides with ShockByte
>Super pissed
>Call Pay-Pal in rage
>Pay-Pal explains ShockByte said that their system didn't glich
GENIOUS! We should use this in the real world!
"He said he didn't steal the car, so he must be telling the truth!"
>Super mad now
>Pay-Pal refuses to budge
>Give up
>Accept defeat
>Cancle with ShockByte, and go with Plox Host
>1 week passes
>Feel like a hero
>Decide to try again
>Call Pay-Pal and try to calmly explain my point
>Pay-Pal still denied me
WHAT EVER SHOCKBYTE SAID MUST BE REALLY FREAKING GOOD!!!
>give up again
>1 week passes
>Had a really bad day at work
>Get home and decide to take out my rage on Pay-Pal because they wronged me
>Call Pay-Pal
>Raging more than the hulk, I explain my case AGAIN!
>Pay-Pal employee accepts my charge back request, and put the money back into my account...
>MFW
>Super pumped
>Next day I get an email from ShockByte
>Right Now, you can save 50% on server packages over $10!
Ha! Don't make me laugh!

Moral of the story.... Don't go with ShockByte... Also, Pay-Pal is really bad with charge backs.

Also, here is my server, because I am a sell out...

Bit old but hey..

PayPal has strict rules regarding digital purchases, PayPal will always choose the seller side when it comes to digital purchases because there's no way that the customer can prove that they have/haven't had the items.

However I know Scott (Owner of ShockByte) personally so I'll ask him what happened .

You know what, that would even be cool. The issue happened last year, but if you have direct contact, go for it. Hell, I couldn't ever contact him.

If you are actually serious, and not just taking the piss, the email even used with the account is bbq5@live.ca

Maybe it was a mis-understanding.
