Keep getting an Error message? (includes ubuntu pastebin?)

I'm having a problem getting my minecraft too work. When i tried logging in, it said i had to do some tech support, i went through the whole thing and went into that web based support chatroom. I have a link for the ubuntu pastebin, but i dont know what to do with it, because the help page said "read on" and there's nothing else on the page.
Can someone PLEASE help me? I literally have no idea what i'm doing and i'm greatly confused. Thanks in advanced!

Hope this isn't late.
Bad tech support. If you're having problems, just come to the forums. What is your minecraft doing? You just said it's not working but do you have any mods? Texture packs?
