Im here to actually look for people who are able to help me with developing
a brand new server with alot of stuff.
I want to make a server with ALOT of interesting events, Games, and especially just
a place to have fun with friends , meet new friends, and just enjoy.

-Few Plugins editors , plugin creators and stuff like that
-Few Builders (build the area...)
-If you have something that you can do to make the future server be better- Type your
job - i mean what you want to actually do.

I also can change some very complicated config files of almost all plugins

Why should i be chosen?:
Because I can help you with plugins and your server in general. I have had experience as server owner, head-admin, admin, and mod. I can recommend plugins for you and help you set them up. I'm familiar with most all plugins. I'm also learning to create custom plugins right now and soon may be able to make you some.
How do you see the future of the server with you in the staff?:
I think this server can become great if all the plugins and everything is set up correctly so it is a no glitch no bug experience.

a server with a small selection of not overly common games that get well maintained, giving players checking it out a good reason to stay and return to it instead of another server
levels that are pleasant to look at and feel good to play
hopefully with boat races being one of the games offered, but only if it can get player popularity

The job im applying for: Plugin Editor? Server Developer? (Which essentially would be developing the server (So, handling the plugins just like someone would if they were the owner. It just takes time off of the owner's hands so that he or she can get other things done.)

Why should i be chosen?: I should be chosen because I am great with plugin editing, especially the ones that are kind of hard but not necessarily. I get things done in a well mannered time and I tend to do well on the task without rushing. I have been doing this (Editing everything that needs to be edited.) for since 2011, and along the way I have met and been with very skilled owners and other staff members. I have been through 20 different successful servers in the last 4 years, but sadly, they don't always last, or you must resign for personal reasons. (I cannot name them all, but I have owned server that had 20 players on out of 30)
