It's ~840 before rebates, and 788 after rebates.

You can get it lower by bumping the gpu down to a 280 or a 270x. and then raising the CPU. But the CPU is fine for what you want/need.

What is this computer going to be used for?
I will be doing light gaming such as Tf2, but would also like to be able to play Payday 2 and DayZ at a decent frame rate.
What is your budget?
Around $800 USD, a little bit under or over is ok
In the Us, no microcenters near.
Your country lets us know what sites you can order from. If you have a nearby Microcenter they have some great in-store only deals that you can take advantage of.
What is included in the budget?
The tower and OS needs to be includedf
Will you be overclocking?
No I wont be overclocking.
Will you be reusing any parts?
If you are reusing parts list them here.
I won't be reusing anything
What OS do you want?
Say which OS you want or say if you already have a copy of one.
Preferably Windows 8.1 64 bit
Any specific case preferences?
mid or full tower
Any other special features that you want in the build?
I want wifi, and a hard drive at least over 750gb.

Things like the tower, the OS, peripherals and monitors.
Will you be overclocking?
Overclocking will require different hardware than a non-overclocking build so we need to know this.

If you are reusing parts list them here.

Any specific case preferences?
Size, color, etc.
Any other special features that you want in the build?
Stuff like an SSD, large hard drive, RAID, and wifi
