Looking for professional staff, builders and graphics artist

Hello, I've decided to start my own factions server; Server is nearing completion and I'm in need of professional staff. I'm looking for:
Moderators: Professional, mature moderators who can moderate chat and simply be mature. They are assigned to simple tasks:
1) Moderating chat
2) Making sure people aren't killing each other
3) Catching hackers.
4) Ban advertisers
Helpers: These people simply moderate chat, They:
1) Moderate chat
I'm also looking for awesome builders who can build spawns, hubs and structures, I'm also looking for graphics artists who can work on the forums, Make layouts; make server logos, banners etc;
For anyone who would like to become a graphics artist or builder, Please post some of your work in the comments and I'll decide if it's good enough; if so I'll pm you.

I'm alright with graphics. I can also be a moderator if you want. Just one question, if it's a factions server, why does it say "make sure players aren't killing eachother".
