Looking for skilled Developers

Hi I am looking for any developers that are capable of fixing any type of dupes from any of the following mods listed at this Youtube channel or future channels like https://www.youtube.com/user/kristi71111.
Some skills we would like you to have are:
1. Linux/Centos 7 OS
2. Java Programming
3. Works well with others.
4. Can teach others Java Programming if they are willing to learn.
I can not pay anyone but would love the help if possible.
