Looking for staff position!

Hi,
My name is tributeonfire and I'm looking to become staff on a server. I am happy in any position, ranging from helper to co-owner, on any server.
IGN?: tributeonfire (a Hunger Games reference!)
Age?: 12, but I'm 13 in less than a month. I know I'm young but I'm mature and literate for my age.
Location?: I live in the UK, GMT timezone. It's currently 19:43/7:43pm.
What position are you applying for?: I am happy to be any position ranging from helper to co-owner, including mod, and admin. My favourite positions are mod and admin, but I'm always willing to try something else.
Maturity level?: 8/10. I am very mature, but I like to have fun, when the time is right. I know when the time for messing around is.
Building level?: 6/10, I'm not really a builder. However, if I'm told what to do, I can do it neatly and precisely.
Why should we choose you?: I am a friendly and kind person, but I know how and when to be firm. I have a bit of experience with moderating, and if I'm told what to do I can deal with minor plugins. I work well in a team, which is important, because no server can work without teamwork.
What can you give to the server?: I can contribute to a kind and helpful community, where players feel happy and safe. I can also bring life to any staff team.

Thank you for your observation. 'Desprate' (do you mean desperate?) isn't the way I'd describe it though. I'm looking for the right server position, and it's hard to find the place I can do best in.
