If the server isn't open, there is no freaking way you will need 30 administrators, how big is the server anyway? You should gain a steady/large player base before you go around recruiting 30 ADMINISTRATORS, like for real? Wow, that's way too many staff for a server that isn't released yet, you've got to put yourself together!
