Minecraft Spazzing?

Well, about two days ago my minecraft just starts spazzing and acting messed up.
it shakes and what not aswell.
Any idea on what is the issue and how to fix?

A friend of mine had this bug. His FOV somehow set to 0. see if thats the issue
