My journey through Minecraft began very pink. I spawned in a grassy field full to the brim with pigs. There was a forest with far fewer pigs in it nearby, so I escaped there. Afterwords, I gathered some logs and went in the direction opposite the pig field, in search of the mountain I would make my home.

I found the mountain short minutes later, and placed my workbench down next to it. I made a pickaxe and got to work with getting rid of the inside of the mountain. Once it got dark (VERY quickly, I had a hard time getting out of the pig field), I put up a door and marked my location with the torches I made using my limeted supply of coal.

And while the first day of the adventure was done, the journey had just begun...
