Rules/Guidelines:

No mass hordes of mobs.
Use fullscreen and post your resolution.
Post the texture pack size you are using.
Mods like SEUS are okay.

This result is by rendering the game in 2160p, Maxed out, with a 512x512 texture pack in a dense city. It's not the most stressy but it's impressive that my computer held out so well.
