I managed to install Optifine and Shaders todays easily with the executable files. I wanted the damageindicators mod but I needed forge the problem is I can install forge and damage indicators on the same profile but I can't get optifine and sahders on that same profile. How can I get them all on one profile? If you know a video tutorial thats is much better but if not just written will do. They all have the double click and it will automatically install.
