So... i need someone to help me make a bukkit plugin, kind of like OPPassword, Exept for promoting with groupmanager. If someone could help me make this that would be great!

There's a few things wrong with your thread:
1. Wrong section. Requesting plugins can be done in the Plugin Requests section.
2. Too little information given. Go into detail what you need.
3. Offline mode. That's not supported here.

Things not to do
Requesting a plugin that is better served by online-mode=true - If online mode already solves your problem, a plugin should not be requested.
force-op is not possible unless you're running offline mode

So overall im really SICK of the bukkitdev support. But i have a feeling the Creative Community Fansite of Minecraft can do better than that? RIGHT!!??
