42! A Hermitcraft-like whitelisted Minecraft server (24/7, Vanilla, PvE, Small, New map)

The "42" server has been revived and we are looking for more players. To get more activity and more variety, as it's most European players on the server. The server is also pretty new, as it created on 24/07/2019 which is a bit more than 2 months ago
We are a friendly community happy to help each other, and like the title says the server is vanilla except for the fact that only one person needs to sleep for the night to go away, plus a looping command block to disable creeper explosions. As well as a block logger to help in case someone breaks the rules and or stars griefing others. (So that we can roll-back griefing, not that we have had any)

We are running PaperSpigot 1.14.4, to increase performance and stability, not to have any crazy mods as I dislike teleporting all over the place with /homes, and superenchants. Just plain old vanilla.
We have some very basic rules:
#1: No hacking, x-ray
#2: No griefing
#3: Don't be a *******
#4: No racism, hate speech or unwanted remarks
#5: Try to make the server look good, no floating trees and 1x1 towers all over
The questions marked with an asterisk are obligatory, the others will just help us decide and may improve your chances.
