Hello everyone, My name is Steven and I am a professional builder who build spawns, hub, arena, houses, medieval houses and more. I have build many hub, spawn, building, in many servers. I do not take money when i am building but if it is a big project 5 to 20$ i can take cash. If it is needed to be huge, I need some help.

Server requirements:
1. No lag [RAM 4GB or Higher]
2. I accept craftbukkit and spigot server only [I dont make it on vanilla server]
3. Need world edit and world guard
4. The staffs in the server should have some knowledge
5. I build things what the owner says any lower rank says i will not do it.
6. If i am about to finish my work and you cancelled it and said to build another one i will charge 10$
7. The server should have 1 builder which can help me.
8. I need to get OP.
9. The server should open all day and night


Note:
The build might take days or weeks to do depending upon what I need to build.
If someone is annoying me i can leave the server any time.
Only one server a day.
