The server is all legit. The server spawn is very simple I didn't want to use up too much space with spawn. This server is a non-griefing non-stealing pvp server. This server is whitelisted so it is required to apply to be whitelisted! I am not on all the time during weekdays so just feel free to survive even though I am not on.
