I am continuing to Freelance for servers and also design/management of an enjin.com site.
Experience: Co-Owner of a prison server and a Survival server, Used to be staff of 4 servers "Admin on 3, Moderator on 1. 3 of the servers closed because of lack of time and funds while the 4th one the owner didn't like me". Ask for the Ip of the prison server if you want.
Plugins I prefer: WorldGuard, WorldEdit, CrackShot, GroupManager, CoreProtect "Most prefered", Hawkeye, LogBlock, mrl, enjin, and a few other plugins I can't remember the name of.

Enjin sites i have done: http://www.guhg.enjin.com http://www.mikecraftpvp.enjin.com http://aqua-phoenix.enjin.com/ http://abashgaming.enjin.com/ I am able to get on the server within 10-15 minutes after being notified on Skype.
