I currently have an amount of 6-15 users on daily, 15 at peak times..

So I was wondering, what are some things I can do to get more traffic? I've posted the server in a ton of server listings, and I'm thinking of getting AD's, whats a site where I can get a cheap AD for a ton of people as traffic in exchange?
