I have been running a network for the past 8 months and there are going to be some massive changes to my network and i need a developer to take some of the load of with those changes.

I'm the current owner of the network and it's coming into it's 4th varient, for me making the servers is getting a bit old and i don't have the motivation anymore. I would rather do the owner stuff rather then the developer stuff.

I'm just looking for someone to do some basic developer work (as in config files and stuff) and they have to have a bit of knowledge for doing it.

I would also like them to get involved with the community. I want them to be apart of the server as it grows and feel like they are apart of the server as well.
