Introduction:
KarismicMc is a minecraft factions server dedicated to bringing players an extremely immersive experience with a big server, but without chaos, confusion and stress. With a strong, tight-knit staff team who are there intertwined within the server offering help and sorting out personal issues day in and day out, we also have an incredibly friendly community who play both against each other as well as alongside each other through features like fund and faction top. This dedicated team listens to the suggestions of the community and implements them as best they possibly can.
Background:
KarismicMc opened up it's servers for the first time mid-2018 after some intense development. The first couple months and seasons were truly a learning experience for the owner and the staff team - allowing them to consistently gain knowledge and understand more about the growing minecraft community. After a multitude of techniques were tried for the server, we recently settled on a "big server with smaller community" feel. We have features mostly only found, and successfully implemented, on the big servers along with new and exciting features that haven't been seen before.
Present:
This phase of our journey has easily been the most successful - achieving donation goals and exceeding our original player goals. However, we now look to move forward into the future, implementing new features, increasing our player base, and increasing player interactivity. As we grow as a server we watch our community grow and thrive around it - it is truly an exciting time for this server as we transition into a new season with a complete map and economy reset and the introduction of new features by our beloved owner Matt.
ATTENTION YOUTUBERS:
What we need:
As we do enter this stage and begin to prepare for the future we are looking at newer and more efficient ways to get our server name and product out there into the face of the minecraft community so that we can endlessly grow our own. We are looking for Accomplished & Growing youtubers/twitch streamers that will be able to get our server out onto their respective platforms and theoretically bring along with them a new wave of players. These social media influencers WILL BE PAID.

The following are the requirements for you to apply for this position on our server - along with it you will be given special perks, will work alongside the staff team in giveaways and youtube events, and will engage with the community in a special way:

- 2,500 subs + ( amount of subscribers is flexible depending on amount of views )
- Average 750 views + per video ( this is somewhat flexible - the amount of views you average determines how much you get paid )
To reiterate - this is paid work, payment types and how you will be paid may vary from circumstance to circumstance but will be decided upon amidst talks with the manager/owner.

The current season on KarismicMc (Season 2 of Factions) is currently underway and ends on the 09/21/19 (Saturday the 21st of September) in which the final ftop payout will occur and then the server will go into maintenance in preparation for the next season (Season 3) that will be released when deemed ready.
