We are starting a great new server. But we are currently in need of someone who is familiar with the Quester Plugin (http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/quester/). Not someone that knows a few things about the plugin but someone who is 'REALLY' good with the plugin and can make quests relatively fast. Having familiarization with Citizens 2 would also be good, to connect quests to NPC's but not required.
