I'm starting a new server called InstCraft and I'm very new to how this all works. Anyways, recently I was setting up things with PermissionsEx and something went very wrong, at some point, players had absolutely no permissions to do anything and I had no idea what was causing it. After trying to fix it, I began getting the message "Error: Permissions manager is not accessable. Is PermissionsEx plugin enabled?" in red. I've tried multiple things. I even removed the plugin entirely and re-installed it. No use. Any ideas?
