It is a hub server with various minigames.
The server is about to launch this week. (Already paid up host for the quarter).
Multiple Games such as: Standard Factions, Nuclear Factions (Bonus Features), Skyblock, Creative Plots, Peaceful Survival (No PvP), No Rules Survival, Survival Games (coming soon).
Also various games at the hub, like: Leap of Faith, Parkour Challenges (with prizes), a Gambling Hall (still configuring plugins), more being added daily.
