- Effort, this is an obvious one for every network you choose to apply for, simply if you won't edit the format to a more appealing view why should we care about accepting you? If you choose to use the default layout without editing the colorings or bolding the questions it shows you being lazy. We want you to put more time into it so please choose to do that.

- Grammar, this may not be a huge one but still, we want to have a fluid conversation with both staff members alike and player wise, if you have major grammar errors which can ruin the understanding of an answer given in game please don't apply, we can be strict about those things.

- Common sense, this is when we are saying don't be like everyone that applies with their questions, we want some special applications to be sent in and not some short half done applications which are boring for us to review, so don't waste our times. Plus don't do troll application cause then you'll be blacklisted from applying forever if not a manager/owner unblacklists you!

- Being patient, you should as both non-staff and staff member be able to wait for a response as our managers or owners won't be online 24/7 as we got a life outside this community so please don't start conversations or bother a staff member about applications as then a manager may deny you straight away. In short be patient.
