The winner will get their spawn chosen to be the creative spawn. They will get full credit to it. They will also get 5 items of their choice spawned into a survival world of their choice (Flat or regular).
The first runner up will get their spawn chosen to be the creative flatworld spawn. They will also get full credit. They will get 3 items of their choice spawned into the survival world.
