1.8 MiniGame server -- MultiCube

Okay, here is a little bit about MultiCube:
It is a minigame server, with about 13 gamemodes. The server's owner are Tom (SynHD), and Declan (CommunityMC). A few of the main gamemodes are,

I will explain this gamemode a little bit, aside from the links. There are four teams, Red, Yellow, Green, and Blue. We have a big selection of maps that you can vote on in the game lobby. To start out the game, you pick your class in the lobby, and you can choose what team you would like to be on. That means, you can team up with a lot of your friends, and have a blast! You can also choose which class you would like to be. There is a handbook for each gamemode, which will explain the gamemode, and all of its classes. Back to the gameplay. To start of the game, you go to the mine, which is filled with gold, and you must mine gold to earn your money to upgrade your weapons, and build buildings. Each team has a base of its own, on the four corners of the map. There are specific buildings that you need to buy so that you can get/upgrade your weapons. After you have gotten/upgraded your weapons, and bought the buildings that you need, you may go to attack a opposing team's base. If you want to have a chance in winning, you need to buy splash health potions from the Cathedral or Church (Two of the buildings that you can buy), so that when you are hit by an enemy you can splash pots quickly, and get right back to fighting. This will take a little bit of getting used to, but I am sure that you will catch onto it quickly. Now, once there are two teams left, or 4 players left, and the other teams/players have been eliminated, a showdown starts. This teleports you to the middle of the map, with borders around the middle, so you can't run away. This will decide which team wins the game. You gain points/cubics (I will explain the Cubics later) by killing opponents, and winning the game. You can climb to the top of the leaderboard if you are a skilled PvP player!
2. SuperJump -- SuperJump is a parkour based gamemode, and you compete with other players to complete the parkour in the fastest time. It is a 1v1, and we have an assortment of maps/arenas that you can play on. If you like parkour, then you gotta come check out this gamemode. Once you have completed the map, your time will be saved, and you can compare to other’s records, and try and get the best time for it! There is a point system in which you start out with 1000 points, and you must work your way up to the top!
3. Survival Games/Hunger Games -- I am pretty sure all of you are familiar with this gamemode. It is a basic Hunger Games gamemode with chests. However, MultiCube puts a twist onto it. We have Free for All Survival games, which is the standard everybody for themselves type of game, and then we have District Survival Games, in which you can team up with one person while in the lobby. The teams are in teams of 2, and you cannot hurt each other. We have a big selection of maps, so you won't get bored with any of them. Another thing that MultiCube adds to Survival games, is a few times per game, there will be a care package that is dropped, with an assortment of armor/items for you to get. It will tell you the coordinates of the care package’s location, and you must either let your compass lead you to it (If you have happened to get one,) or you must navigate to the coordinates by yourself! All throughout the game, there are things that happen that are called “World Events.” Some examples are our “Meteor shower, Acid Rain and Spider Invasion.” These events pretty much explain themselves. Meteor shower rains down “meteors” on you, and you must either stay inside, or dodge carefully. Spider invasion speaks for itself. Tons of spiders, that you must either stay inside, and wait for it to pass, or go on a spider-slaying spree. Acid rain is normal minecraft rain, which poisons you, and hurts you. These events just make the game a bit more interesting and exciting. When there are four players left in the match, you will be teleported to the middle in which a showdown will take place. You must dual it out, and hope for the best. There is a point system for this, and you gain points by killing opponents. So if you are dedicated, and a skilled player. You can try and compete with the top players for the top spots!
4. SnowSpleef -- Basic SnowSpleef Gamemode with an assortment of different arenas to play!
5. Cactice -- It is just what is sounds like... Cacti, and Ice. This gamemode is a new one to MultiCube. You have a knockback wand/item, and you play in arenas, and the floor is an ice one, with cacti surrounding it. You must knock the players into the cacti with your knockback wand, and try to get the most kills by the time the clock runs out. There are things that we like to call “spikes” that come out of the ground, and you must not get knocked into them/run into them, or you will definitely die. Each time you die, you respawn, and must try again! There are two different types of Cactice. One of them is when the knockback wand does no damage, and the other is when it does. The player with the most kills at the end of the game, wins! You gain cubics by knocking people into cacti, and winning the game!
6. Creative server -- We have a creative gamemode, which is just a normal standard Creative gamemode. With different plots, and you may build anything you wish.
7. "CubeCade” -- We have a gamemode, with little mini games inside of it.
a. Paintball -- You can choose your class, and classes have different perks that you may use. This is an FFA (Free for All) gamemode, and it is everybody for themselves. The first to get 25 kills, wins the game!
b. TNT run -- A standard game of TNT run, in which blocks fall behind you, and you try to be the last person standing on the arena. Power ups spawn on different levels, and they give you advantages that help you eliminate players/stay alive. The last man standing wins!
c. Tetronimo -- The opposite of TNT run. Blocks fall from the sky behind you, and you must not let them catch up to you, so you better not get stuck! Object is to be the last man standing, or get up to the top of the arena. At a certain times in the game, there will be something that is called a “lava rising” in which you must get on some higher blocks, or you will be eliminated. There are assorted power-ups that you can get during the course of the game, which give you different advantages to help you win!
d. Inferno Rush -- You must scramble to get onto the platform, before the lava comes, and kills you. The speed of the game gets faster as you go. Again, there are power ups which allow you to gain an advantage on other players. The platforms will disappear and you must try to get to the solid ones before the time expires, or you will be burned in lava, and be eliminated.
There are a few more of these type of gamemodes, and I am sure that you will enjoy them!
8. Syndicate Games -- It sounds like what it is. A game designed by Syndicate himself. It is a PvP gamemode, in which you 1v1 another player, and have to find gear/items in chests. It is sort of a mini-survival games, with two people. You may also play "Equipped" Syndicate games, in which you and your opponent will start with a certain set of gear/weapons. You must kill the other player to win the game, and by killing the other players, you gain points and cubics, and you can climb to the top of the leaderboard.
Cubics --
These are sort of coins that you can buy certain items with. Examples are special power ups for different gamemodes, hats, particle effects in the hub, and different gadgets that you can use. You earn these by playing games, and doing well in them. Eliminating players/winning games is the way to earn them!
We are run by a great staff team, which will always be there to help! We have a unique system to report players, which is very easy and simple! You type a message saying the offender’s name, and it goes directly to all staff members that are online. You will get quick response, and I guarantee you will be happy with it! Also, we have a forum/website that you can interact with other players, and also see the different leaderboards for points for the different gamemodes. You may also report players, on the website as well.
We have a teamspeak server, in which we have different events, and also where you can interact with other players. The teamspeak server is ts.multicu.be Come and join us!
