its whatever mod that contains the Item NetherHeart pull it out and you're good to go

It requires thaumcraft so thaumcraft isnt a problem

I removed the mod and it keeps saying its still there.

There is either a corrupted texture, or item conflict please either delete that mod, or delete the mod that's causing the conflict!
