Need Builders, Developers and helpers!

I'm starting up a new server it's factions/PVP, I need professional builders and plugin developers! I'll need a PVP arena, spawn, shop and maybe more.
For the developers i'm going to need someone that knows how to develop small plugins for the server.
The requirements.

- Must have skype (or another way of contact)
- Must have previous builds
- Experienced
