I am great with setting up plugins minigames and can do ranks and perms with pex or group manager i have been dev on a few servers that i got console to do stuff with not saying you need to give it to me and i have owned a few server that i did my ranks and perms and stuff on i can pm u the ip if u would like

(i can code bukkit plugins, but it takes long time)
