I need help (Looking for Builders/Staff)

Hello! I really need some help with building on my server and I'm also looking for staff.
It's temporarily a hamachi server so that I can build before I pay for the real server.
If you don't have hamachi you need to download it.
The server is currently 70% done. It is going to be a prison/survival server.
