I tried and tried to run PermissionsEx, but it just doesn't like me. So I was hoping somebody could set up the files and coding for me. I would inbox you exactly how I want it and all, you would send me the files and I would update the server with them. I am running Bukkit 1.8.
Now I cant pay and money as I got none, but I can give you credit on the website when I get around to it, the pages that promote the server and a special Group, probably named Supporter.

Vizzaral, Pex can be annoying to initially set up but if you inbox me a list of your plugins and what ranks you want and what you want the players to do i would be more than happy to set this up for you
