What are your personal strengths?: Honesty, Semi PVP, Building, BUT I need to be tired.
Why should we choose you and not the next guy?: Honestly, I can be a real douche, but most of the time I am civilized and know what I'm doing.
Anything else you want to add? I go by Red. Also, I do YT/Streaming, Thinking of quitting YT and just doing Twitch.

Do you have leadership skills? If so, explain how you can use these: Yes I do have leadership skills. I tend to abide by the rules very well and if there is a problem I deal with it right away. Normally I tend to lead group projects with my peers and we normally do very well.
Activity is a big here, if you're not active at least 3 hours a day please exit now, can you make cut?: I can be on at least 3 hours a day. On the weekends I have a lot more free time so I could be on the server for a lot longer.
Will you advertise the server?: I have a youtube channel, and if possible I would like to record and advertise your server on it.
Do you understand that you're taking on a big job and it's not taken lightly?: I understand entirely and I would love a chance to be on the team. I can handle big projects that require a lot of concentration.
Anything else you want to add?: I tend to be a hardass at some points but normally I'm a very chill person and fun to be around. I am bilingual in English and Spanish so I could help with translations if needed.

Well I'v been in touch with some Youtubers. So, I'm HOPING we'll get a avg. of 10 players daily. And from thier it shouldn't be a problem.

Just a little update, you WILL be answered ASAP. Also, when accepted, I'll goahead and give you the server IP. Please note, I'm still setting up various things.
