New Mouse?
So, my RAT 3 gaming mouse broke and I'm looking for a replacement. My budget is £50 and I don't want a RAT again because of this mouse breaking. Does anybody have any suggestions on a new mouse I should buy?

For £19 more (about) you can buy a Mioniax Avior 7000 which makes the death adder look laggy

I use the Logitech M570 trackball mouse. It has enough buttons for Minecraft and the trackball makes it to where you don't need a smooth surface and it will always work (and I mean any surface- pavement, carpet, a glass tabletop, holding it in midair. It doesn't need a surface to work which is great with a laptop).
You don't even have to move the mouse around, you just use the trackball with your thumb and it's much faster and easier. The Amazon price was $35 bucks when I checked today but normally it costs $60 if it's not on sale. http://www.amazon.com/Logitech-910-001799-M570-Wireless-Trackball/dp/B0043T7FXE

Those mouses are extremely hard to get used to and feel very strange and innaccurate. There's a reason they're so unpopular.

I actually use a track ball mouse. The reason i like it is because i dont have space on my desk for a real mouse.

What kind of grip do you have? Palm, fingertip, or claw?

I would recommend Razer DeathAdder 2013.

Like I said, I personally own the M65 and can vouch for it's durability, its great weight system, and the software that comes with it. In addition, the sniper button just decreases the sensitivity while you hold it which comes in handy for other applications.

For fingertip/claw I'd use a CM Storm Spawn, but for a palm grip I'd use a CM Storm Devastator or a Razer DeathAdder.

I will ALWAYS recommend a Razer Naga (since i use it myself), but since this is Minecraft and macros might not be that important (i personally only use macros to switch stuff in my item bar). So for Minecraft only would i recommend a Razer Deathadder 2013, but if you play other games like LoL, WoW or something like that, i would recommend a Razer Naga.

The Mad Catz Rat 3 was pretty flimsy. Higher level Rat mice are incredibly sturdy and include (but aren't limited to) a titanium or aircraft-grade aluminium skeleton. My Rat 5 is well enough built that it withstands me accidentally dropping it off my bed every 2 hours. Do rule out Mad Catz as a possibility.

Corsair makes great products, I've had the M65 for a few months and it's the best designed and best feeling mouse I've ever used.

I don't have a gaming mouse, I'm fine with my Logitech M500 corded mouse. It costs 320 SEK where I bought it, which is about 27,5 £ if I've counted correctly. I am really happy with it, it has a scroll wheel which toggles between snap or spin scroll and can press the scroll wheel sideways to switch sides in documents such as PDF files. It also has forward and backward buttons on the left side and lies perfectly in the hand by its design. If you are left-handed I am not sure as this is optimized for right hand.
