More information about you: I am a Master-at-arms in the United States Sea Cadet Corps, which definitely teaches my leadership. Leadership in my opinion is - firm, yet approachable. You must keep ties in order, but for sure keep your subordinates happy, meaning have fun, learn about eachother!
