~ Level 10 or up
~ You must be trustworthy
~ You must be resposible
~ You must have a good background
~ Nice and friendly personality
If you DO NOT meet the requirements of ANY of the requirements. Please back away from the post.

Are all of these requirements really necessary for a skin contest?
~ Level 25 or up
~ Your most popular skin must have at least 50 diamonds and 10 favourites
~ You must have over 1000 downloads overall
~ You must have over 100 favourites overall
~ You must have over 30 comments overall
I don't mean to be rude, but these seems like more of a popularity contest. A new member could be making great skins, but not reach any of those requirements if they are unpopular. With all of the members on the website, new and old, only a handful who are going to see this will ever meet the requirements.
I totally understand wanting to narrow down the amount of participants, but, really?
I mean, You don't even fit these requirements.
Again, I don't mean to be rude, and I don't mean to offend, I'm just pointing out that these are kind of impossible to meet, and that your level, downloads, comments, every thing else you've listed.... it has nothing to do with someone's ability to make a great skin.

The reason why I need a strict requirements are because this will probely be the last skin contest will hold for the next 4 years. So i don't want something to go wrong.
I know I don't meet the requirements, but, I am sooooo busy with school. I will most likely not be able to judge. So I need someone experinced and very trustworthy on PMC. These judges are holding a big responsiblitly. I don't care how popular. These people are also known for being trustful and responsible, looking at there schedule and constant post and what they say to the public.
